Job Description:

Local company seeking professional individuals with a strong background in customer service and an emphasis on data entry. Qualified individuals will need to have experience in invoicing and billing.


-Will need to possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.


-Must be able to type upwards of 45 WPM and be familiar with database information retrieval.


-Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Successful candidates will be able to self-start, multi-task, and problem solve. Customer care is the primary focus, making sure all conflicts/issues are resolved and questions answered.


-High School Diploma is required.


-2-3 years of customer service experience is required, an emphasis in sales is preferred.
