Volt has an excellent Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in Santa Maria, CA.
Full time 1st Shift - Pay Rate $20-$30
Overseeing team responsible for keeping the equipment running
Directing, coordinating, and managing scheduled maintenance and machine change-overs in conjunction with scheduled production.
Troubleshooting, operating, and maintaining facilities systems
Responsible to review and evaluate personnel concerning performance, safety, and training.
2+ year related mechanical experience and/or education.
- Experience of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
- Previous management / leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate well, both verbally and written, with management and co-workers.
