Build your future with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring for Entry Level Production Workers for a local leading aerospace manufacturer in Santa Maria, CA.These are long term temp to hire position, working year-round.As a Production Worker you may assist with the following, depending on the area you are selected for:Assembly ( assembly of parts )Bonding ( applying adhesives and connecting parts together )Sanding (sanding down parts)Preparing items for shipmentFollow production guideline and specificationsCarry out basic quality and testing checksProduction Worker candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:Ability to lift up to 30 lbsAbility to stand for long periods of timeGood technical and mechanical skillsAbility to follow directions accuratelyFlexibility to work overtime when neededPay for this position starts at $15/hr for day shift and $17.25/hr for night shift, plus overtime as needed.
