*Job description**Title- *LVN (Home Health)*Location-* Santa Maria, CA*Shift- *8 hour days\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\**Pay Package-**w2*- $16/hr*Stipend-* $1360/week*Gross Weekly*- $2000/week*Guaranteed Hours*- 40hrs/week*Pay Term- Weekly *(By every Friday)\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\**Job Description-** Must have LVN State License (CA) , AHA BLS/CPR.* Home health expreince (2 year)* Prescreen Interview, If recommended, AUTO OFFER (time off must be approved by facility); the hiring manager has 24-hours to accept/decline this candidate. may call for 2nd interview."* For Day shift positions, must be available for 2-3 days of day shift for orientation.*Job Duties*:* Ratios: patient load is based on productivity, usually about 5 visits per day, admission is usually equivalent to two patients* EMR: Netsmart which was formerly known as Allscripts* Shifts: Hours are flexible, usually M-F 8am-5pm, with a 1 hr lunch* Floor specific orientation: 1.5 - 2 weeks* They may have to take call, call is usually required 2-4x per month for the weekdays, schedule is 5pm-8am. May have to do infusions for peds, if the visit is related to pediatric condition they will be sent to ER for evaluation, most/if not all of pt population is not peds.Job Types: Contract, Travel nursingPay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)License/Certification:* LVN State license (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Santa Maria, CA (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Santa Maria, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
