  SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:
  • $2,000 dollar sign-on Bonus
  • Paid training
  • $30 monthly phone allowance
  • $60 Daily Per Diem when over the road
    Schedule:
    • Monday- Friday (Must be able to work weekends when needed)
    • Will Provide 3-day advance notice of the work schedule
    • Bi-Weekly Pay
    • 80 Hours Bi-weekly Guaranteed.
      Pay Rate:
      • The hourly wage range that Lux Bus America reasonably expects to pay for the position in Anaheim, CA is $24.00/hr.-$33.00/hr.
        • The hourly range that Lux Bus America reasonably expects to pay for the position in San Simeon, CA is $30.00/hr.
          WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
          A Commercial Motor Coach Operator operates assigned vehicles to provide ground motor coach services around Southern California while honoring Lux Bus America's approach to business that starts with our commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer service
          
          HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
          
          • Safely navigate various routes through varied terrain and geographic areas.
          • Interact with clients, customers, sub-contracted drivers, and fellow company drivers onsite in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
          • Performs pre-trip transit vehicle inspections; identifies and reports safety concerns, defects and malfunctions, and other needed repairs.
          • Assists passengers requiring special assistance in a professional manner to ensure access for all passengers and promote passenger safety
            REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
            • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B Required
            • Minimum 2 Years of Commercial Driving experience
            • Clean driving record K4-Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
            • Passenger Endorsements(Required)
            • Air Brake Endorsements(Required)
            • Must be at least 23 years of age with prior military or heavy-duty driving experience if not must be 25 years of age.

A unique opportunity is waiting for you if you are passionate about transportation and customer service. Where you will provide shuttle bus services to guests from all over the US and the world. We are looking forBus Driversto be a part of the Hearst Castle shuttle service provided by Lux Bus America.
                
                We understand Gas Prices are through the Roof Don't Worry, Lux Bus America will be providing free transportation services to work for its drivers at the following locations: Paso Robles, CA and San Luis Obispo, CA (Must Drive to These Locations to Get Free Transportation to work)

                    • $15 monthly phone allowance (Part-Time Only)
