Volt is immediately hiring CNC Machine Operators for a local leading organization in Santa Maria. This is a great opportunity to start a new career in the manufacturing sector. Join our winning team and get paid weekly! Working 5:30 am - 4pm 40+ hours a week possibly working 4 days 10 hour shifts. Pay is 17+ DOE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area
• Operate various types of bellows production machines to produce parts conforming to print requirements
• Meet quality and schedule requirements as assigned
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and proceduresSKILLS and ABILITIES:
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing principals
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Knowledge of hand tools
  • Basic shop math EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
    • High School Graduate or equivalent
    • Previous experience in production and quality control methods (ISO9001, AS9100 etc. preferred)
    • Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation and production systems preferred
