orders, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of materials and
services Communicate with vendors and internal departments to
confirm order status and resolve any discrepancies Maintain
accurate purchasing records and documentation in company systems
Assist in sourcing new vendors and evaluating supplier performance
Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to align purchasing
needs with stock levels Support budgeting and cost-saving
initiatives related to procurement Ensure compliance with internal
purchasing policies and procedures Qualifications 2 years of
experience in a purchasing or supply chain role preferred Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent
communication and vendor management abilities
