JOB DESCRIPTION:The Systems Analyst is responsible for the analysis, implementation, testing, troubleshooting and documentation of all software applications and processes used throughout the enterprise.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Education: Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or three years of experience in an IT field. Education: One year of experience in specialized applications. Additional Requirements: Should be familiar with general database operations, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2008. Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and have the ability to communicate technical guidance and information to end users. Database proficiency to include data-entry methods, information flow and accessibility, table/query building and extracting presentation-worthy reports. Must effectively communicate with all levels of personnel including conveying highly technical information to non-technical staff. Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently and effectively balance priorities. Must be able to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action within acceptable criteria. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact. Exceptional detail and follow-up skills. Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
