Title: Weekend Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) Job Duties:
The Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) ensures compliance with
established policies and procedures of the overall program and
timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The
Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) helps in the supervision of
program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. In addition,
assists the Program Director in coordinating and implementing the
core program. Schedule: Part-Time Qualifications: Current
California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD. Two years’
experience or training in a mental health setting; one year shall
include experience or training in program development for persons
with severe and persistent mental disabilities. Additional
trainings provided for Professional CEUs: DBT, Motivational

Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located in Lompoc, a beautiful Central
Coast city in Santa Barbara County, known as “The City of Arts and
Flowers.” Champion Healing Center has innovative trauma-informed
recovery programs that are based on Crestwood’s commitment to
providing a continuum of care that puts persons served with
significant mental health issues on the road to recovery. The
salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base
pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the
candidate selected for the position will be based on factors
including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience,
licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $93,600 - $124,800 USD
