Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in San Luis Obispo, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - Cardiac Cath Lab /n/n Job Details: /n • Work in Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology with 3 suites/labs /n• Position is mainly EP (Electrophysiology) - extensive EP experience required /n• Shift times: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM /n• Available shifts: AM 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Mid 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, PM 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM /n• Call requirement: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month (48 hours) /n• Weekend requirement: 2 RNs every weekend (48 hours) /n• Response time for call: within 30 minutes /n• Handle approximately 10 cases per day on average /n• Work with IR and Cardiac cases /n• Charge nurse responsibilities included /n• Scrubs provided by facility /n• Work with telemetry and ventilator patients /n• No floating required /n• Unit-specific orientation provided /n• Holiday coverage shared amongst staff /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA) /n• BSN not required /n• Use Cerner charting system and Mac Lab equipment /n• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment /n/n Facility: /n This medical center operates a comprehensive Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology department with modern equipment and technology.
