Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders Develop personalized treatment plans that include medication management and psychotherapy Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care integration Keep detailed records of patient sessions and treatment progress Stay current with advancements in psychiatry and mental health practices Participate in team meetings and contribute to organizational goals Expertise in psychiatric evaluation techniques Skilled in crisis management and intervention Ability to devise and manage effective treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Valid state medical license DEA certification
