registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience

be considered. Deliver professional nursing care within an
operating room environment, providing comprehensive,
patient-centered care to support positive outcomes. This role
involves independent nursing judgment and collaboration with
healthcare teams to address the complex needs of acutely ill
patients. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate nursing care in line with approved clinical standards and
the Nurse Practice Act. Maintain a therapeutic environment
promoting compassionate care and partnership with patients and
families. Collect and analyze patient data to guide nursing
diagnoses and interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to create and adjust individualized care plans. Prioritize
and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions, activating
emergency protocols when necessary. Ensure compliance with
infection control policies, medication administration, and
healthcare regulations. Participate actively in professional
development, governance councils, and nursing practice improvement
initiatives. Uphold ethical standards and maintain competence
reflective of current nursing practice. Qualifications and Desired
Experience: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with operating room
experience. Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards. Knowledge
of professional nursing codes and regulatory requirements.
