Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 04/01/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 35 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Position Details - Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Job Type: Contract - Duration: 13 weeks - Start Date: 04/01/2026 - End Date: 06/27/2026 - Positions Available: 1 - Department: Rehab Therapy - Charting System: Net Health Schedule - Shift: 8-hour Day Shifts - Shift Options: - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Weekends: Occasional - Hours: 35 hours/week Facility Information - Client: Quality Rehab Management - Facility Name: Mayer Capital Partners (MCP) – Valley Oaks Post Acute - Facility Address: 830 East Chapel Street Santa Maria, CA 93454 Job Responsibilities - Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in sub-acute rehab patients - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Required Qualifications - Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Active State SLP License (California) - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) - Current BLS certification (AHA required) - Strong communication and teamwork skills - No floating required K16 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
