Position Overview: Job Title: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Physician Location: Ridgecrest, CA Salary: $300,000 $345,000/year
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Work Setting: Outpatient
Clinic/Primary Care Schedule: 40 hours/week (Optional 4-Day Work

Care & Treatment: Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a
primary care setting Conduct thorough medical examinations and
manage patient treatment plans Reasonable patient load to ensure
high-quality care Order and interpret tests, screenings, and
diagnostics Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using
Epic EMR ? Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside a
multidisciplinary healthcare team Utilize an assistant and scribe
service (or AI scribe) to reduce administrative burden Participate
in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications: M.D. or D.O.
from an accredited institution Board Certified/Board Eligible in
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active CA Medical License
(Licensing assistance available) Residents completing their U.S.
