Opportunity We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible
Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join a well-established team
in California s Central Coast. This is a full-time position of
inpatient critical care and pulmonary medicine. Candidates must be
dual boarded in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. California
medical license or eligibility to obtain required. Highlights: 20
bed mixed ICU Medical ICU, Trauma Level II, Cardiovascular Surgery
(ECMO, CABG, valve replacement, etc), Neurosurgery (ICP monitoring,
EVD, lumbar drains, etc), Neuro-Intensive (cEEG, neuro-intervention
starting soon), and advanced cardiac ICU (Impella, TAVR, IABP,
pericardial drains etc) Inpatient Pulmonary Consults Bronchoscopy,

Competitive salary - $467,000-$496,000 per year 1099 income which
allows for tax efficiency and the ability to personalize benefits
Sign-on bonus and loan repayment may be available Working Hours:
100% inpatient coverage Work week schedule is Monday through Sunday
7 day blocks of 12 hour shifts, day and night shift coverage
required. No call from home Average 12 shifts per month
