About the Opportunity We are seeking a board-certified or
board-eligible Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join a
well-established team in California’s Central Coast. This is a
full-time position of inpatient critical care and pulmonary
medicine. Candidates must be dual boarded in Pulmonary and Critical
Care Medicine. California medical license or eligibility to obtain
required. Highlights: 20 bed mixed ICU Medical ICU, Trauma Level
II, Cardiovascular Surgery (ECMO, CABG, valve replacement, etc),
Neurosurgery (ICP monitoring, EVD, lumbar drains, etc),
Neuro-Intensive (cEEG, neuro-intervention starting soon), and
advanced cardiac ICU (Impella, TAVR, IABP, pericardial drains etc)
Inpatient Pulmonary Consults – Bronchoscopy, EBUS available Why

Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary - $467,000-$496,000 per
year 1099 income which allows for tax efficiency and the ability to
personalize benefits Sign-on bonus and loan repayment may be
available Working Hours: 100% inpatient coverage Work week schedule
is Monday through Sunday 7 day blocks of 12 hour shifts, day and
night shift coverage required. No call from home Average 12 shifts
per month
