Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide counseling and support to individuals and families, helping them navigate through various behavioral health issues. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Duties:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Perform patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Utilize psychotherapy techniques to address emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to ensure client safety
- Collect data on patient progress and outcomes for evaluation purposes
- Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in the field of social work
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards

Requirements:
- Valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Proven experience in providing psychotherapy and behavioral health services
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping
- Strong understanding of crisis intervention strategies
- Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments using standardized tools
