• Job Details
• A hospital in California is looking for an experienced PTA for a travel contract.
• The right candidate will have 2 full years of experience, hold an active BLS, and CA License.

  • Active BLS
  • CA License
  • Experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form)
  • One year experience working PT/OT/Sp
  • Home setting experience is preferred but not required
    • Schedule Information
    • Majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm
    • Flexible shift times
    • Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend
    • Holidays: minor holidays, major only if needed
      • Unit Specific Information
      • Unit: PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care)
      • Certs: Speech - preference/requirement for CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential may exist
      • Scrub Color/Uniform: business attire with white lab coat, no jeans
      • Outpatient and Inpatient: N/A
        • Additional Details
        • Floor specific orientation: 1.5-2 weeks
        • Common diagnosis / Types of patients: PT/OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything
        • Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA: yes - usually will be perm staff though
