Job Type Full Time Schedule - M-F Pay $240,000 - $291,000 Patients Per Day 20-22 EMR System - Athena Work Location Outpatient Primary Care Job ID - 60496 Job Description A Santa Maria based client is seeking a Pediatrician to provide excellent primary care services to patients from age 0 to 19 years old. An ideal candidate is a leader who works well collaboratively, values evidence-based practice, and values patient centered care. This candidate should be comfortable treating children and discussing outcomes with children and families. Required Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree
• Current California medical license
• Completed an accredited residency program
• Current DEA certificate
• Board certified or board eligible pediatrics
• Current CPR certification
• Spanish fluency (Preferred) Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in children
  • Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
  • Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients and families on treatment plans
  • Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
  • Supervise NPs and PAs within California regulations
