Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Director of Athletics, the
Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance will support and
enhance the Cal Poly Athletic Department. The incumbent will
educate, oversee, enforce, and interpret conference and NCAA
regulations. The position will develop, direct, supervise,
evaluate, and oversee all aspects of Athletics compliance and
eligibility certification in conjunction with various university
officials for the 20 Division I level sponsored programs, including
strategic planning, policy implementation, comprehensive rules
education and monitoring systems, interpretations, waivers,
investigations, and self-reporting of violations.

Salary and Benefits
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000
annually. Note that the offer is calculated based on the background
and relevant years of experience of the individual selected.
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role
include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education,
licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational
needs. The Anticipated Hiring Range referenced in the job posting
is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University
reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Classification
Range may be broader than what the University anticipates paying
for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective
bargaining agreements (when applicable).

Supplemental Information
