Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the department
• Oversee staff, including hiring, scheduling, supervision, training and termination
• Facilitate the maintenance and repair of department facilities, grounds, vehicles and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirements, including Federal, State and Local requirements as well as Company policies
• Assist with the annual year-end physical inventory count
• Assist with the development of the annual financial and capital budgets, as well as financial and operational goals
• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with members, customers, coworkers and vendorsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of pump service
  • Ability to grow the business and achieve financial and operational goals monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Establish and maintain exceptional customer service
  • Lead strategy for the department on operational efficiency
  • Provide leadership by promoting a team environment of coaching, retaining, mentoring and training. Drive a culture of accountability and results through strategy
