Conservatory Director - Technical Theatre Training - PCPA The Conservatory Director - Technical Theatre training, a 12-month (220 day) tenure-track assignment. The faculty member will provide instruction in technical theatre; evaluate and counsel students; plan and organize instructional materials toward course objectives; participate in program review and curriculum development; review and revise course(s) content as may be necessary; maintain five (5) required office hours per week for student consultation; participate in department and college activities; maintain class and examination schedules, as well as grade and attendance records according to college regulations; may design PCPA productions; and perform related tasks as required. 40% to 60% of the instructor's time will be for program coordination.In this capacity, the Conservatory Director will participate in the overall strategic planning and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the PCPA instructional program in Theatre (technical training program) and professional internships, including curriculum, teaching assignments, supervision of the recruitment process, tracking matriculation and coordination of part-time faculty teaching staff.Hiring salary range is $72,750.00 - $103,577.00 Annually, depending uponeducation and experience.
