The hospital now provides many services for patients including, Cardiology, Emergency Services, Respiratory Therapy, Women's Health, General Surgery, and much more. -The Inpatient Care Services RN Manager will report to the Acute Care Services Director. The RN Manger will be supported by several RN Supervisors on various shifts who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. The RN Manger will also have the opportunity to form interdepartmental relations with multiple department leaders in order to ensure smooth department transition and efficient care for patients. -The Inpatient Care Services RN Manager will oversee multiple acute care departments within the facility. The RN Manager will also support the Director by being an integral part of managing fiscal duties, supply chain, and staffing. Communication will also be essential in order to refer unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel and in orienting co-workers and other personnel to the department's policies and procedures. The Manager will also work closely with Clinical Educators and other leadership members within the department to maintain the department and ensure policies and regulations are being met daily.As the Inpatient Care Services RN Manager, you will be joining an exceptional health system in a beautiful location.
