Hotel Property Manager for H2A Employees

Position Overview

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the day to day oversight, maintenance, security, H2A Compliance and overall property appearance and functionality. The position will be a salaried position with apartment accommodations including standard utilities. The Property Manager will be expected to be available 24 hours a day for emergency contingencies.

Job Responsibilities include:

--- Maintenance
o Execute and report on day to day hotel inspections internal and external
o Repair basic damages as they are reported and discovered
o In depth/complicated repairs (electrical, plumbing, etc.) must be reported to Operations Manager for disposition
o Ensure lighting and all equipment is in good/operable condition
o Maintain all rooms internal and external in good condition
--- Security
o Report all crime activity directly to police
o Ensure doors/gates are secured
o Monitor security cameras
o Report loud or concerning behavior from tenants to appropriate Alco Harvesting Company Representative
--- Appearance
o Every occupied room must be inspected for cleanliness and compliance
--- Inspection notes required for each cleaning
--- Cleaning will include all floors, windows and Bathroom showers, toilet, sinks and countertops (no room laundry will be required)
o Laundry rooms must be kept in a clean and sanitary manner
o Landscaping will be expected to be kept in suitable appearance and repair
o Parking lot must be kept clean of all trash and unauthorized vehicles
--- Hotel Policy Enforcement
o Maintain occupancy lists
o Distribute and document electronic keys
o Inspect rooms as necessary for damages, trash, etc.

--- Physical Requirements:
The essential physical requirements for this position are:

o Employee must have the ability to walk, talk, hear, see, speak, concentrate, reach in all directions, stoop, bend, lift up to 60 lbs.
o Use a computer, telephone and other equipment needed for the position
o Possess the ability to reason and communicate clearly with or without reasonable accommodation.
