is seeking a highly skilled Civil Principal Engineer dedicated to
enhancing public infrastructure. This role focuses on leading
complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring technical

shaping resilient community infrastructures that stand the test of
time. Lead engineering design and analysis for varied public
infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and utilities
systems. Manage project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines,
budgets, and quality standards. Liaise with clients, stakeholders,
and government bodies to ensure all project requirements and
regulatory compliance are met. Oversee the preparation of
construction documents and support the bidding process. Conduct
site inspections and coordinate with onsite constructors to provide
technical direction and problem resolution. Engage in continuous
professional development activities and stay updated with industry
trends and technologies. Expertise in civil engineering principles,
practices, and methods as applicable to public infrastructure.
Proficient in CAD software and engineering design tools. Strong
leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with teams and
stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of
managing complex engineering challenges. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional
Engineer (PE) license required. Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification preferred.
