Summary of Responsibilities:
*Manage all aspects of project, from the preparation of the initial
sales meeting to distribution and delivery of product and point of
sale material to customers, stores or premises.
*Prepare, update, communicate and ensure execution of project plans
*Track and manage all issues affecting production and delivery time
*Ensure profitability of projects by coordinating and managing cost
of goods and transportation arrangements.
*Develop strong working relationships with customers and
*Manage supply chain to ensure minimal inventories while ensuring
customer has sufficient product in its stores or premises at all
*Manage sample order process with a sense of urgency; coordinate
with sales and order desk and shipping departments/services.
*Accurately quote prices with reference to company pricing
*Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with 6+ years of
Project Management experience, Masters degree preferred.
*Ability to track multiple projects at a time; ability to
prioritize tasks and deadlines
*Self-directed and able to work collaboratively with high personal
*Exceptional problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
*Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific
and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
*Experience effectively presenting information to top management,
public groups and boards of directors.
*Skilled in the use of MS Word and PowerPoint at a basic level; MS
Excel, MS Project and MS Access at an intermediate to advanced
*Skilled in applying mathematical operations to such tasks as
frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and
validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling
theory and factor analysis.
