Job Description Job Description Residential Service Plumber Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Compensation: $25–$45 per hour 4% commission on sales Annual Potential: $100,000–$200,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (occasional on-call duties) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team and provide top-quality plumbing services to homeowners. This position combines hands-on service work with sales opportunities, offering exceptional earning potential for motivated professionals. What You’ll Do Respond to residential service calls using a company-provided vehicle from day one Diagnose and repair plumbing issues with professionalism and efficiency Sell additional services during service calls to maximize customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain clear communication with clients and team members What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience Strong skills in installation, finish plumbing, and service work Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with ServiceTitan software preferred PHCC Trade School graduates are a plus Why Join Us?
