Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. The role involves operating machines to cut foam and insulation products according to client specifications, along with other general production tasks. Responsibilities Operate machines to cut foam and insulation products to specifications. Stand for the majority of the day while performing tasks. Use basic hand and power tools to trim excess insulation and foam. Load resin into molds to create products. Assist with palletizing products as needed. Operate a forklift occasionally, with certification provided. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation. Ability to load and unload machines efficiently. Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs. General labor experience in assembly and production settings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with general production and assembly processes. Forklift certification is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
