Responsibilities: Proven recent experience in a similar role as an office assistant; Assist in organizing and matching paperwork to prepare for billing; Scan, file, organize and store all office documents; Assist accounting department as needed. Requirements: At least high school diploma and 1 year of relevant office experience; Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail involving numerical data and processing financial information; Possess solid mathematical and financial acumen; Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, together with billing software applications experience; Ability to implement financial logic, while working quickly and efficiently; Ability to meet strict deadlines; efficient multi-tasker; astute attention to detail;
Spanish / English bilingual, a plus. Working Hours: Part-time flexible hours (15 20 per week) between 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday. Compensation: $15.00 per hour pay rate. Location: Santa Maria, CA
