Position is also responsible for assisting with other administrative duties of the construction administrative function, including payroll, accounting, compliance reporting, and any miscellaneous requirements. Duties: -- Review contracts, request performance bonds, payment bonds, insurance certificates and complete various forms and submittals -- Set up job binders, set up subcontracts and complete submittal request for projects -- Manage Insurance requirements for subcontractors on projects, make sure have before start project -- Request Subcontractor payments from corporate office -- Request Apprentice for prevailing wage projects -- Coordination of internal material contracts, reconciliation and posting of invoices in both the accounting and job costing programs -- Review foreman reports and collect all necessary backup documentation for payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes -- Accounts Payable: Entry and reconciliation of vendor accounts, including manage subcontract pay estimates for each project, request all documents required for contract payments. Create and manage purchase orders -- Accounts Receivable: Contract billings, pay estimates -- Certified payroll reports and apprentice training forms -- Weekly material reporting to agencies. Verify tonnage taken to project -- Contract Change Orders: Assist with extra work reports for projects -- Assist management and estimators with miscellaneous projects and assignments as directed -- Accounts payable entry and reconciliation of vendor accounts, including manage subcontract pay estimates for each project, request all documents required for contract payments -- Cross train for weekly payroll associate, Hard Dollar timesheets -- Vacation Coverage: Set up new jobs bidding, request bid bonds #GS PandoLogic.Category: Administrative, Keywords: Contract Administrator
