Santa Maria company is looking for an experience Administrative Specialist.

The Administrative Specialist provides secretarial support within the organization.

Office Maintenance: Filing, inventory, organization.

Communication: email, phone, in person.

Manage front desk/reception area: greeting guests.

Answering and directing calls, emails, coordinating meetings.

Managing incoming/outgoing mail/shipments.

Oversee and order office supplies, food deliveries for group meetings.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

All other duties as assigned.
