To provide support in all administrative and client service functions of the business.Responsibilities

  • Greet clients.
  • File and scan documents.
  • Maintain Client files.
  • Process, check and distribute mail.
  • Maintain office and facilities.
  • Prepare appointment preparation materials for all appointments
  • Enter data into Money Guide Pro or other software as requested
  • Maintain client contact data in CRM.-- Prepare monthly reports and contact clients to schedule appointments per CRM schedule.
  • Shred as requested
  • Assist Client Service Associate and Advisor
  • Call clients to confirm appointments
  • Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients
  • Document client contacts\calls
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Prepare Advisor's monthly compliance and send to RP
  • Business processing paperwork, submission, and follow-up
  • Prepare monthly letters or general client correspondence as requested by Advisor
  • Assist with client events as requestedRequired QualificationsMinimum Qualifications--
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Direct attention to detail and organization
  • Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
  • Effective and efficient time management
  • Polite and clear phone manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor and the FINRA
  • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and growPreferred Qualifications
  • High School Education16888BR
